This entry records the known state of the project at the review date, not the dates on which individual tasks were completed.

• The project remains at the conceptual research stage.
• The software-based engineering test environment has been restored on Windows.
• Hydrostatic calculations have been cross-checked using an independent method. The results agree within numerical precision.

Restoring the environment allows computational work to resume there. It does not, by itself, establish the validity of every engineering model or the future vessel's fitness for service.

Engineering readiness

The final weight statement and centre of gravity have not been established. Overall structural strength has not been validated. Assessments of dynamic stability, resistance and vessel performance are incomplete. Sea trials and full-scale testing have not been confirmed.

These limitations apply to the project as a whole; a single computational cross-check does not resolve them. See Checks for details.

What the public record covers

Public summaries distinguish completed work from engineering conclusions and unresolved questions. Detailed calculations and historical input data have been restored in Materials; CAD models and operational files are not published.

Further work lists areas for additional assessment. No completion dates are claimed.
